How do I book?
Follow our 'enquire now' page where you can fill out a booking form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
What areas do you service?
We are based in Harlow, Essex and service many areas in Essex, Hertfordshire and London! This map below will help you get a better general idea of the areas we cover, if your area doesn't come under it we may still be able to come to your event, so please do contact us. Travel fees are applicable for parties over 5 miles from our base, it is charged at 30p a mile, please let us know if you need a quote of the travel charge.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes! We have full PLI, please let us know if your company/event needs a copy
Will I need to provide anything?
You will only need to provide a venue, decorations, food and a cake! We will bring everything for all the activities including a speaker and prizes.
Can boys come?
Of course! Most of the parties that we conduct have boys there and they enjoy the party just as much as the girls.
Can I cancel my party?
We understand that sometimes plans need to change, and although our deposits are non refundable we are happy to schedule a new date with you, subject to availability. If parties are cancelled within 48 hours prior to the party, full payment will be taken.
Can I have my party at home?
Yes! We just ask for enough room for all the guests plus the entertainer to sit in a circle comfortably. Please consider our ballroom dresses (The Rose Princess, The Glass Slipper Princess, The Unicorn Princess) will need more room due to the skirt size.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 4 weeks in advance of the party date, but we are happy to book in for any date in the next 12 months.
Please notice that parties booked within 10 days of the party date may incur a 'late notice fee'.
What is the maximum number of guests I can invite?
For one entertainer we have a maximum of 25 children including any siblings who may get involved. If you require more than this, another entertainer can be booked and more guests invited. We also offer non costumed assistants upon request or for larger parties.
Do I need to hire any other entertainment?
Not really but its completely up to you. We ask that any other entertainment be turned off while we are entertaining e.g bouncy castles due to noise.
Are the characters shown going to be the ones at my party?
We only show pictures on our website and social media accounts of the costumes, wigs and accessories that we use at our parties, so you can see what your character will look like! We have a large cast of wonderful performers which all play a variety of characters.
Can I request a performer?
All of our performers are highly trained and will bring you a wonderful experience, should you want a performer you've seen at another party or have had previously we can take a performer request and will do our upmost to ensure that performer is the one to attend your party, although we reserve the right to change performers depending on availability and circumstances out of our control.
